AmbuTrace+ facilitates the efficient management of ambulances and the dispatching of vehicles efficiently to the service points. It provides tools and functionalities to streamline the entire ambulance operation, from receiving emergency calls to dispatching the nearest ambulance and tracking its status. The main functionalities of AmbuTrace+ include the following:

  • Call management:

AmbuTrace+ captures emergency notifications or requests through 911/112/999, like call center integrations to dispatch ambulance services. It collects crucial information such as initial patient details, location, nature of the emergency, and additional notes. It ensures prompt and accurate recording of emergency incidents.

  • Dispatch and resource allocation:

AmbuTrace+ allows dispatchers to allocate the appropriate ambulance and crew to an emergency location based on proximity, urgency, and availability. It considers each ambulance as an IoHT (Internet of Health Things) element, collects real-time information on ambulance location, crew availability, and resource capacity, and makes decisions based on such information.

  • GPS tracking and navigation:

AmbuTrace+ integrates with GPS technology to track the location of ambulances in real time. It provides dispatchers with accurate information on ambulance position, speed, and estimated arrival time (ETA). It helps optimize routing and navigation for efficient response times.
